In this section you’ll find all recipes in a chronological order.

You can find the non-vegan ingredients just below the title in every recipe. Additionally I try to list all the allergens.

Nickels as well as I love to bake. Whereas I am more responsible for banana bread, cakes and biscuits, Nick is doing the bread and bread rolls. And since we’re both curious and interested about the doing of the other one, we’re actually back together in our kitchen, gazing into the oven.

Why „complete“? Because here you’ll find meals, which can be served as cooked. They’re meals. Complete.

Fermented foods and drinks already exist for a very long time, especially because its a way of making things lasting. And additionally they’re so delicious! It took me a while to see, that Kombucha, yoghurt, a sourdough starter, but also kimchi and sauerkraut are all kinda the same – fermented! Ever since I understood that (Nickels was way earlier with realizing this), we ferment everything in our van. Seriously. You just have to have a little patience: Although the preparation is done real quick, the goods need some time before getting back on the table.

A package of Fettucini – put them into boiling water – cook for 8-10min (add pesto) – done.
This is how you could do it, and often we both love to have this quick delicious dish. But sometimes we feel the need to do the whole process. Then we make all of that on our own: pasta, falafel balls or burger buns. Or like a couple of days ago: we made spaetzle (traditional south-german pasta).
So this is the category where you can find all these fancy recipes for when it is okay, to spend some time in the kitchen (and not just buy the pasta at walmart). And it’s just for fun!
