Recipe
This recipe is for one serving.
Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp Chia
- 1/4 cup (60ml) water
- 1/4 cup (60ml) coconut milk
- 1/2 apple
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 Banana
Equipment
- 1 small bowl
- 1 grater
- 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
- 1 1/4-cup / measuring cup for 60ml
- 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- 1 pan
- a cool place (ideally a fridge)
- optionally
- 1 whisk for mixing the ingredients
- 1 spatula for turning the banana in the pan
Time
- 5min to prepare the pudding
- min. 25min to rest
- 5min to prepare for serving
Preparation
Grate the apple into the bowl.
Add the chia seeds, the water and the coconut milk. Mix the ingredients well and place aside for about two minutes, then whisk again.
Place the bowl in a cool place (ideally a fridge) for at least 25min.
When the pudding is ready to serve: heat up the coconut oil in a pan. Slice the banana in half and fry until it gets golden brown on one side, then turn the slices around to fry from the other side.
Place the hot banana on the (cold) pudding and serve.
